Players benefit from expert coaching and the opportunity to elevate their game while competing alongside the next generation of women's lacrosse stars.

Founded by Northwestern legends Izzy Scane and Erin Coykendall, The Rize represents the evolution of women's lacrosse recruiting. As two of the most dynamic players in the history of the sport, Izzy and Erin understand what it takes to compete at the highest level.

The Rize 2025

144 of the top freshman (Class 2029) and sophomores (Class of 2028) with college lacrosse aspirations will be exposed to pro player position specific instruction, will compete in various high paced drills, 6's formatted games, and full field play. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills while being individually assessed during all sessions.
